Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Returns where damage occurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us by email at: info@geoformastudio.com. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us by email first. We will provide detailed return instructions.
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs if the return is not due to a product fault or defect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Each item from Geoforma Studio is made of genuine natural stone.
Therefore, variations in color, pattern, veins, or texture are part of the uniqueness and not considered defects.
We provide reference images, but no two pieces are identical.
